Let’s take a moment to remember who it was that called us to the service that we perform today. We were chosen through elections by nonmembers in an election that was directed by members of our lodge. While we may not realize it, the role that these elections play in our lodge is paramount.

Obviously new members being introduced into our Order is always a good thing. By bringing in new brothers we gain fresh ideas and excited new friends who can lend a helping hand. But at the same lets not forget the other important role these elections play. They provide us an opportunity to present ourselves to those who are outside of our lodge. The members who help to perform these elections serve as ambassadors who can show the Troops we service everything that Lowwapaneu Lodge has to offer.
